It sure has been a long, dark winter. I am so glad that spring is here. I love taking walks these days since the grass is so green, the flowers are coming out and the flowering trees are budding. So pretty.
I haven’t written about my favorite store, Trader Joes, lately. But I have a new fun thing I do when I shop there. I always buy some flowers. Here are the latest, pretty yellow daffodils. They are prominently displayed on our table so we can enjoy them at every meal.

I’ve heard about Trader Joes from so many friends – it sounds like a treasure trove of goodies! And what a wonderful idea to bring flowers indoor so you can enjoy the bright colours & scents. I am unfortunately allergic to them, so have to admire them virtually and on my outings.
