So we go downstairs this morning, start preparing breakfast, take a look over towards the tree and this is what we see. It seems that Sir Oliver has been eyeing the nativity creche and decided he was a good stand in for the baby Jesus. We had to explain that, although he’s cuter than heck, he can only have this spot until Christmas Eve. He said he’s okay with that.

Hello Nancy. I wanted to wish you an amazing year in 2020 and also tell you that London is beautiful any time of the year. Just like in your blog posts. I loved the decorations, the Christmas market, I enjoyed some mulled wine in a traditional pub, but more than everything I loved the effervescence of the city. I hope to go back soon and have the time to visit the museums again (this time with my son that’s almost ten and starting to appreciate visiting museums and educational sites). Have a great day!

Thanks for your nice comment. Reading about London at Christmas makes me want to go back there! For now I have to be satisfied with watching BBC Netflix shoes like “The Crown,” “The House of Windsor,” “Great Castles of England,” and “London Undergound.”
