It’s a new year and time for new resolutions. In an attempt to be held accountable this year, I’m going public with my resolutions.
My 2011 resolutions:
Blogging
1. Reach out to more bloggers.
2. Update my blog theme.
3. Investigate moving my blog to WordPress.org.
4. Write posts in advance.
Career
1. Attend at least 3 networking meetings each week.
2. Contact at least 10 people per week to discuss career options.
3. Get a new job!
Personal
1. Limit computer time to 60 minutes MAX per day.
This means I’ll have to really buckle down and stop spending most of my time on fitness-related websites. Ouch – this one will be tough!
2. Continue to diversify my exercise routines.
This one will be really fun. I’m currently in the midst of a barre/pilates + cardio rotation. I’m loving it! Previously, I was doing a heavy weight routine. Up next will be a kettlebell and running combination.
3. Get involved in one more community organization.
I’m active on several boards, as well as mentoring to both Babson and Harvard MBA students. I’d like to expand my work to other types of volunteering.
4. Investigate resources for elder care.
Right now, I have lots of time to help my elderly Mom. Once I go back to work, I’ll need some extra help. There’s no time like the present to figure this out.
So what are your New Year’s resolutions?

Sweet resolutions. 😀 I think you can get them done in a few months.
If you plan to spend some money for your blog then you can move to your own hosting plan.
Good luck with the New Year!

Hi Sajib,
Thanks for the vote of confidence. My next step is to put a time frame on each resolution. Otherwise, a few months will have passed and I won’t have done anything on them.
As for spending money on my blog, I consider it to be a good investment and am very willing to invest both time and money.
