Old Quebec is made for walking. I just love exploring a new city by foot and seeing the sights.
Here is right outside our flat on Rue St. Anne.
Here are more street scenes from Rue St. Anne. I just love the red umbrellas; it makes everything look so festive!
Another main street is Rue St. Jean. During the day, it is a pedestrian walkway, so it is filled with people. I took this picture first thing in the morning, so it is quiet.
What would a quaint city be without cobblestone streets?
And here is another “typical” street.
I really, really enjoyed my early mornings walks through Old Quebec. Each day, I walked down a different street.
What interesting streets have you seen on your travels?

Hi Mike,
That’s exactly what I thought as I was walking the streets. And it really felt like Europe since all French was the only language I heard people speaking. 🙂
