What is your happy place?

I have a few happy places; kayaking of course, and playing with chipmunks. I also love to exercise. Cathe Friedrich is one of my “go to” exercise gals. I was so happy when she came out with her latest program, STS 2.0. STS stands for shock training system. It is a way to mix up your exercise routine to “shock” your muscles, so you get stronger and more fit. Cathe just came out with a new program and I can’t wait to get started.

The workouts are strength training. You mix things up by varying the tempo and intensity. Cathe also included several recovery workouts, e.g. stretching, mobility, and foam rolling. There is enough variety so I won’t get bored. Although I love exercise so much, I never get bored. 🙂
