It sure has been a tough year, made even tougher by the fact that the Peeps factory in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, closed down because of Covid. This made for a sad, Peepless year. The exciting news is that the factory is once again open and Peeps are back! Oh happy day.
We aren’t completely out of the woods yet though, Mr. Ken and I are still sheltering at home and only going out for walks and to the food store.
Because of last year’s closure, there aren’t a lot of Peeps displays this year.

I remember reading a post that you made about them quite some years back – I remembered seeing them when I lived in the US, but had never eaten them. Many years down the road, I am sad to say I still haven’t tried one! But they are oh! so cute.

Hi Ju-Lyn,
There are many spring colored Peeps, from yellow to pink to purple to green. These Peeps all taste pretty much the same, just basically sugar. Although, if you order directly from the Peeps factory in Bethlehem, PA, you can choose different flavors like maple or party cake. Um, how do I know this, well I may have made a big Peeps order a few years ago. 🙂
