Coming full circle

This is the time of year when I pause and give thanks for all my blessings. I’m grateful for my family and friends and for my good health.

I try to give back all year long. I do it because it feels good and not because I expect anything in return. But, good things are returned to me thousand-fold.

When I started blogging, I expected to become a better writer. Little did I know that I would meet so many interesting and kind people along the way.My good friend, Bindu, author of I Think So nominated me for the Liebster Award. Liebster, the German word, means ‘dearest’ or ‘beloved’. The idea of the Liebster award is to foster new connections and to bring attention to blogs with less than 200 followers but deserve more recognition and encouragement.

There are some guidelines to be followed while giving or receiving the Award.  The guidelines are:

• Thank the blogger who gave you the award by linking back to them.
• Reveal your top picks for the award and let them know by leaving a comment on their blog.
• Post the award on your blog.
• Have fun and spread the karma. Spread the word about Liebster Awards.
