One of the many things I love about Vermont is all the farms. Taylor Farm in Londonderry Vermont is very close to where we were staying. We had a fun time visiting here.
As expected on a farm, there were lots of farm animals. And what could be more Vermont than cows?
It sure looks like all the animals get along. Here, the cows and horses share a delicious meal of hay.
These goats were just too cute for words.
The true meaning of “free range.” These creatures were just roaming around the farm.
And yet more birds. Hah, I don’t know if these are chickens are some other farm bird. Even though they were in a cage, they were quite friendly and came right over to us. Although, they may have been hoping we would help them escape. π
I always thought I was more of a country girl than a city girl, but after scary interaction with a large turkey, I am not so sure. This creature followed me around the farm. I don’t like animals bigger than I am, especially birds!
What sort of farm experiences have you had?

Hi Ben,
It sure was. Even though that large turkey was scary, it was still fun to visit the farm.
