Finding Joy

It has been a rough few weeks. My dear cousin, Kathryn, passed away after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. She was more like a sister to me, so I felt her passing even more. I was so grateful for the love and support of family and friends during this sad time.

I got home from the funeral, steeling myself for the inevitable let down and emptiness and this beautiful flower arrangement awaited me. It was from my work friends. It made my day and I smile every time I look at it. A heartfelt thank you to Mark, Christina, Jon, Mete and Marco for their thoughtfulness.

It can be easy to spread joy. How do you spread joy?
