I can’t believe it, but 25 years ago today Mr. Ken and I said “I do.” It’s been quite the ride and I wouldn’t change anything about it!
Here are some of my favorite pictures from that beautiful day:
1. My Dad and I.
This is my very favorite picture of my Dad. It perfectly captures our relationship. Dad passed away in 2003 and I still miss him every day.
2. The deer in the head light look.
Here is my dear Mr. Ken, standing with his twin brother David. (Mr. Ken is on the left.) And yes, they are identical twins.
3. The happy couple.
What can I say?
4. Celebratory flowers.
My dear, sweet mother-in-law, sent us this beautiful bouquet to celebrate our 25th. She knows that pink is my favorite color; note all the pretty pink flowers in this bouquet.
My only twinge of sadness is that my parents aren’t here to help us celebrate this milestone.
