Yes my friends it’s my favorite time of year – Peep time! It is hard to improve upon perfection, but the Peeps folks have done this very thing!
Can you believe it? A cute teddy bear dressed as a bunny Peep!!!! How cute is that. As much as I have a sweet tooth and love my candy Peeps, I also love cute little fuzzy things. (That probably explains my love of chipmunks too.)
So Mr. Peep Bear and the Chick Peeps are enjoying a stay at my house. 🙂
And miracles of miracles, I took this picture with my new smartphone! Okay, so it took me about 30 minutes to figure out how to take a picture. How was I to know that the little icon shaped like an eye is supposed to be a camera? Does this say “camera” to you?
I successfully took the picture and then promptly lost the picture. Or should I say my “stupid” smartphone lost the picture. Of all the applications and widget thingies on my phone, not one is a photograph. So where are the pictures? I went back to the little eye icon and tapped it. A teeny tiny picture of the Peep bear popped up. At least I think that was what it was.
Great, so how do I email this? I see a sideways “V” with little knobs on the ends.
Does this say “send email” to you? No, I thought not. I clicked on this and I was able to send the picture to my email account. And voila!
For those of you who are Peep fans like me, here are some of my past Peep posts:

Hi,
Yes, slowly I am learning to work my new toy. Let’s just hope that I learn more about it before I get so frustrated that I throw it out the window. 🙂

Happy Peep Week!
..&%#@* blasted smartphones. Mine sends pics in some mega pixels size that wipes out my data usage if there is a kid a event..with now settings to adjust it..

Hi Andy,
The fun of Peep week has made up for (sort of) the smartphone frustration.
For a future blog post, I tried to do a video of Mr. Ken. I was so proud that I was able to do that without too much trouble. The only problem now is that the file is HUGE and I can’t send it via email. Supposedly there are settings to make a less huge file, but as usual, they are deeply hidden within the phone and I think I need a secret password to unlock them.
Happy Easter to you and your family!

Dear friend Ralph,
If you decide to enter the 21st century and get a smartphone – good luck! As much as I love technology, this smartphone is getting the best of me. How can an inanimate object cause so much angst?

Hi Mr. Ken,
Yes, it is. He almost as cute as a little chipmunk. Now if we could see a chipmunk dressed in a Peep costume, that would just be too cute for words!
